Dr. James Spencer

Dr. James Spencer is a psychologist by training. He had a corporate career as director of human resources for Channel 4 and then Channel 7 in Boston. He headed his own organizational and human resources consulting company for 18 years and ended his career in 2017 as the Diversity and Civil Rights Officer for the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office. He is a fifth-generation Cantabrigian. A Cambridge park is named for his uncle Clement Morgan and a street for his aunt Gertrude Wright Morgan.
